    overheating!!!!!!!!!!!!! astra coupe :(

last night i noticed that my car temp was overheating it normally sits just under 90 deg but last nigtht went upto 95 deg and did not budge any higher, today i went out and the temp shot upto 100 deg i had to whack the blowers on full for the temp to reduce but once dropped to 90 deg it soon went back up with heaters off.......... i have checked my water level and have not lost any and my blowers are still blowing hot, few weeks ago i did notice some liquid/water coming from around my drivers wheel area but was unsue what this could be ( not sure if has anything to do with my temp)

any help would be kind or if anyone knows anywhere local to take my car for inspection that would be great

    cheers

    ste

His was coolant hoses I believe.

Drivers wheel area, isnt this where the water pump sits? I noticed from a previous thread of yours you were trying to source one, did you ever get this replaced, if not this could be the cause of your problems, if you did, it may not have been fitted correctly.

Have you changed the coolant recently and used the correct antifreeze mixture?
