    astra coupe turbo

    i have now had my astra 4 6month now and every time i go over 80mph the car judders i have had the wheels balanced twice the tracking done engine mounts changed and it still has not solved the problem.Any suggestions????

    no the front end judders it makes the whole car vibrate seriously bad when doing high speeds iv had it to garages but they wont drive the car at those speeds

    i would check over the driveshafts and check the counterbalance weight is in place on the drivers shaft and also check over the front hubs for play/wear or any runout. further more i have known certain makes of tyres to get casing distortion when running at high speed temperaures and this gives an 'out of balance' feeling

    as steve1412 just said, there will be a counter weight part way along the drive shaft, make sure its in position...and that you have it.

    cheap tyres do this.
