Astra MK4 with MK5 VXR steering wheel?

I was looking for an info if swapping the MK5 VXR steering wheel into the MK4 is possible or not? Would it work with all the functions? (OK, I know there are different funtions so or at least most of them?)

    Won't work.
The Astra H is all Can-Bus, The Astra G isn't.

    The car wiring is different.
The Mk5 uses Can-Bus, i.e. the wiring has a 2-wire data bus to carry information in a digital format between electronic modules.
The Mk4 has conventional wiring, i.e. lots of individual wires to individual components, carrying various different signals/voltages.

    Corsa C won't fit.

TBH, nothing new will wire up, nothing older will fit.
