What joiners and copper pipe size for rear disc conversion?

Does anyone know the copper pipe diameter I need to complete a 4-stud rear disc conversion, and what size/type etc of joiner I need for this too?

Excellent article Mark, cheers! By the looks of it I may not need new piping, as it will reach already if re-bent. My rear lines were only replaced last October with copper (as far as I am aware) so that should be much safer to bend. Not sure what join I have at the moment, but I assume whichever it is should connect happily to the new rear caliper piping?
