    Remapped?

    Hey,

Just bought an astra coupe turbo.

Havent got reciepts for any of the mods done to it.

Its got a catback system for sure but not sure about a precat or sports cat, its got a dump valve, Havent checked the airfilter for a performance one yet or the airbox mod.

Seems quite abit quicker than another one i test drove, can I tell if its been remapped or not without having to take it to the tuners?

You maybe able to tell by what boost its running. Plumb a boost gauge in and see if its boosting over standard pressure. Im not sure what else you can check?

Standard rev limit is 6.5k IIRC, like said with a remap it will go off the clock.
