What sort of discount do you get on an insurance premium and which companies will give the reduction?
I tried Adrian Flux (not asking for any discount) and was quoted £600 for my diesel Astra. esure will do a better policy for £405. It would have to be one hell of a discount!
I have no points, no convictions, slow car, no claims of 9 years, well over 25 etc etc.

My advice is to shop around for Insurance and don't use price comparison web sites. They only promote the insurers that pay them the most, some act as brokers so the policy costs you more. A lot of insurers will not go near such sites, Direct Line, Frizzell, Aviva, Churchill, Tesco, Asda and esure are just a few.
My quotes ranged from £405 (esure) to £680 (Tesco).

Shop around and make sure you declare ANY modification, no matter how small !
You will be amazed at the price differences. With some companies a new policy is cheaper than a renewal. So it sometimes pays to pay for a new policy online and make sure it starts when the old one expires to provide continual coverage. I did that and saved £40 last year.

    Good luck.

AOc insurance discount is for Adrian Flux. There is not set reduction due to the many different parameters that can effect an insurance quote.

Just because they do a discount for AOC members it doesn't mean they will be the cheapest. Get your quotes and ring them last and see if they can beat your best offer.

Any problems PM Dan@adrianflux on here for help or advice

    Hi,

when you become a premium member on here, I will gladly be able to look into how much discount you could get off your Quote.

All I will need is your Name and Postcode and Contact Number and the fact that you have become a premium member.

    Dan.
