    2.2 airbox help

    were is the best place 2 get 1 and how much do they range from any 1 know how much the stealers charge 4 1 many thanks Ben

    48 quid for mine from stealer with air filter . or was 58 . 1 of the 2 car remember now lol

    yeh l have , there a guide somewhere on here how to do it. 2things l remember doin was cuttin a slight V shape on1 ov them so it closes up if you no what l mean. and the thing is dont put ya clamp to far down on the turbo cause its not straight and wont seal proper.

    mate go for the 1.9 box it will cost more but looks better and fits nicer i got the 2.2 box and want to change it as it looks bodged

    I went for the 2.2 box as it was easier to get hold of and you can reuse the standard pipework. The 1.9cdti box will cost a lot more as you have to get new pipework but as said does look better. There is no performance difference between the two boxes and you can hear the turbo a lot more over the standard set up. Hope this helps.
