    insurance quote

    hi guys
    just had a quote for a vectra 3.2v6 gsi,(i still have the astra) fully comp with protected no claims £350 excess for £348.84p with admiral,i am an old git at 44 but does this quote seem about right,annual milage i put at 8000 miles cos it will be weekend car,gsi seems good,03 plate fsh hpi clear 45,000 miles in red with sat nav,zenons,power folding mirrors,cambelt changed,heated part leather,2owners.for £3995,what do you all think before i buy it.
    if i wanted to be right all the time i would change my title to mrs ledster

    the car tax goes to about £450 next year, so its going to cost you £800 a year to have it insured & taxed, thats about £100 per month pre tax earnings. Thats before you drive a single mile. Other than fuel its not going to rack up much servicing costs if its just occasional use. As long as you get your moneys worth.

    cheers mate the price of road tax is one of my bargining points i am useing to lower the asking price as we talk.
    if i wanted to be right all the time i would change my title to mrs ledster
