    Lightbulb Finding out FAULTS!

    How do people get fault codes on their car?
    I got a 52 plate Astra 1.8 Coupe ... what do i do to find fault codes?

    Exclamation spanner keeps flashing

    done the pedal test ... car with spanner keeps on flashing continously ... what does that mean?

    no faults stored in the ECU

    or at least none found on the DIY method - sometimes codes still remain but are only traceable via a full diagnostics reader


    remember this is just electrical components so there could still be a shedload of faults mechanically......

    if in doubt you really need to hand the car over to someone who can check it over

    What exactly is your concern?
