    Icy pavement bump..

Well has been snowing as evryone would know, was returning back to my house and as mos side roads are mine was iced up, edge forward quite cautiously went to press the brake as it came to a bend in the road..alas i stopped after i gave the pavement a tasty bump and knocked my wheel alignment out..I think??

Basically to drive straight ive got to angle the steering wheel ever so slightly to the left.. happened yesterday so will hopefuly take it down to a garage on monday, although am I right in saying its the wheel alignment??

it could possibly be wishbone... depending how the impact was, angle of wheel, speed etc, though there not that expensive either, i think i paid £11 for the part last year, and labour wouldnt be much either if you didnt want to give it ago yourself...

though it could just be wheel alighment

Prob just wheel alignment. My old Vectra has had a squinty steering wheel since I bought it and it passed its MOT no probs, so wishbones must be ok.

Adviseable to have it checked and corrected though.
