    warm water?

    evening guys

might sound like a stupid question, but is there any problems with washing your car with warm water, i hate standing outside on a freezing day with my hand in a bucket of cold water

    cheers
    Ben

Shampoo foams better. I always use warm water, winter or summer.

you dont really want bubbles there no good what you want is lubrication. try filling your bucket up 1st then putting the shampoo in after. you want the wash mitt to slide across the pannel . not saying your doing it wrong matey just giving you a little tip have ago and see what you think

Depending on the wax you have on if any, hot water can aid in the stripping of it.

Surely the most important thing is the fact it is warm and not HOT if you are going to wash your car in the winter due to the sudden temp change to the paint and the glass which if the glass has a chip in it really wont do it any good, i tend to lean towards the luke warm side winter or summer.
