Parts needed for my 400bhp build?

Am looking for advice on my 400bhp build..

Looking for info on what parts, where to buy, prices etc. I have a GSi turbo mk4 with Z20LEH VXR engine fitted. Previously running 290bhp but I have now removed the engine for my 400bhp build.

Needing to know what turbo and manfiold to run, best internals, what head work needs dones to handle the power, clutch for that power, where to buy (regal, CS etc)

Forgot to say the engine has covered approx 3000 miles from new!!!! I have already sold the standard VXR turbo etc. Standard VXR pistons, crank and rods will be for sale also.

Ill be running a Z20LET crankshaft.

PS... Can I still run my M32 6 speed with LSD fitted or would the F23 5 speed be better?

    hi darren.
iv just finish my cars and they ar running over 400bhp.
iv used mahle piston, conrods, bigend bearings, cams, over size vavles, harden zlet crank and the block harden, zleh oil spray, marco oil cooler, head ported and harden vavle springs thasts some of the work u have to do to get the power. i went to regal and got all my bits. its up to u how u go to. they all sell simler parts.

and the turbos gt28rs good for 400bhp or a gt3076r good for 500bhp.bothj r good turbo im yopusing both on my cars.

as for the gearbox its better with the m32 box with lsd. im useing one in my zafira.

The LEH crank is weaker than the LET one.
