    Arrow Trouble with my turbo

    hello all
i am having trouble with my gsi turbo. and was hoping that some one could help me please .
i have replaced the turbo on a zafira gsi and now i have found a leak. i have removed the part but. to order a new one i need to know the part number or know what this part is called.
right below the actuator there is a t45 bolt head screw. that attaches the part to the turbo. this part faces upward as you would be looking into the engine. the part also goes away from the front of the car toward the engine and drops down the back of the turbo.
sorry this is the most information i can give at the moment. as the car aint mine its my dads.

any help would be greatly taken. thanks you very much in advance

That's the Oil feed, if it's leaking i would advise either nipping it up or changing the 2 copper washers that seal it.

He say's it's the one on top with the T45 Torx head, the oil feed is the only one that has this, water feed's are 19mm's and the water blanking plug is a 6mm allen.

It's the oil feed pipe to the turbo, it joins further down the pipe, have a look under the car and you'll see it, it's bolted to the front of the block.

Can't see any reason why it wouldn't, you'll just have to make sure that the internal bore isn't restricted at all, if the weld/braze penetrates too much.

I'd let it burn out if there wasn't too much?

If there was quite alot it might be an idea to flush it with petrol and let it air for a while, i'm not sure how the CAT would react to the petrol tho, it may only affect them when they're hot.
