Philips Bluevision bulbs now in! - pic included

Finally got round to finishing putting in the Bluevision bulbs this afternoon after installing the sidelight bulbs last weekend, ran out of time for the dipped beam.

H1 main beams will be going in, some point in the new year when the bumper is removed to gain better access. Couldn't work out how to remove the bulbs when I did sidelights last weekend, too faffy!

    Anyhow, pic:

Just found an old picture of the before which was taken about a year ago for comparison:

Cheers Tom, not bad for £33 for set of H7's and set of H1's delivered, both sets also came with 2 blue led sidelight bulbs as well!

I have heard that some xenons in the dark aren't very useful.

However, I am hoping these will be different, they certainly seem much brighter than normal halogens are.

Am going out tonight with GF for her work xmas get together thing then, will be a good test to see exactly how good they are then.

I have these. Thought they were ok but nothing special

Got the H7s and the sidelights (whatever they are) for £15 off eBay.

Thats how I fit the H7 bulbs yesterday through the wheel arch? How else would I have been able to do them?

H1s are obviously accessed from under the bonnet but I couldn't figure then out last weekend. Have been told that with the bumper off its much easier to see what you are doing!
