Unhappy wheels balanced, still got steering wheel wobble

right, over the weekend i lost my bumper to a puddle as you may have seen in my recent post
    http://www.astraownersclub.com/vb/sh...d.php?t=230026

even though i hit this puddle and lost my bumper i had no steering wheel wobble what so ever but after fitting new wheel arch liners and putting the bumper back on i get quite bad steering wheel wobble.
today i had all 4 wheels balanced and checked over twice but the problem still persists.
the wheels r clear of the liners and bumper so there not touching anything so i have no idea of what it could be
    can someone help me pwease

If you hit the puddle hard enough it could have knocked out the tracking and or caster (Angle of the strut forwards/backwards)
The truth is always the truth even if you haven't realised it yet...
