fitting raceland coilovers QUICK ANSWER NEEDED PLZ!

will be fitting some raceland coilovers to my mk4 hatch 2001 when they arrive, but ive read somewhere that you need to reuse some of the parts already on the suspension along with the coilovers,
could anyone tell me which parts need to be reused?
    cheers

best bet is to do a search mate there is a diagram in the coilover thread.

basically you need the bearing and top mount from your old suspension legs to put on the coilovers

When you take out your old struts, you will need:

The large rubber cup that fits into the top of the strut tower.

The small circular bearing that sits inside the metal part of the strut top. Its about the size of a £2 coin and you need to carefully tap this out of the strut. To do this, you will need spring compressors to be able to remove the top of the strut, before turning upside down to tap the bearing out. Take care as its quite fragile.

Thankfully a mate did this all for me as I watched
