    Be careful!

Its a fast road and nice and empty, hence there's loads of unmarked police cars on there, i was on there a month back and i saw 4 police cars hiding out of site on a onward slip road just waiting 1 at a time for people flying past.

    You have been warned.

On a positive note, most people who uses it seem to drive like the law asks you to, using the left lane, then if you need to ovetake move out to your right, then back in to the left lane, no right lane hogging, just some middle lane losers.

price is a bit high for a short road but the time it Saved would be worth more to me

most police wont bother with you at anything below an indicated 90 mph if your driving safely and the conditions are ok. I was working late last night and the M6 north was really bad. Very heavy rain, spray was so bad you passed lorry's with your eyes shut near enough and some sleet thrown in for good measure. There were still a few idiots doing 80 mph plus - they are either highly skilled rally drivers in a hurry or mindless morons.

    Follow jam On Twitter
Always drive with a pace setter. IE settle in behind a beemer/audi/merc going bananas follow them with safe distance and just a few less MPH is my advise.

I've been down the toll many times at 70mph or a little bit above shift change time is always the best time to attack it.
    Its a jam thing

Used it a few times, and has saved me time and bit money, saves sitting in traffic waiting and wasting fuel. I think like the above say, if you drive sensible and not driving too fast and silly then police wont touch you. Great piece of road, as its always free flowing. Think there should be a few more roads like this around busy and well known traffic spots

At the end of the day the police are in unmarked cars on that road to stop the idiots that drive +100mph that is a danger to themselves and others.
Disclaimer - some of the above text may actually be sarcasm (believe it or not!)
