try sc&a rally in norwich mate, its £50 but so accurate. 4 wheel line up with new stuff. (put it this way i went to a local tyre place and had laser alignment and they said it was spot on and my camber was out, sc&a put it right for me, tracking was well out! lol

Again i recommend SCA. They tell you every angle on the car front + rear caster, camber, toe +/- & full lock toe +/- and adjust to exactly how your make & model should be. (How it came from the factory).
Now Running Boost, AWD and a Flat 4.

Can these guys actually adjust camber? I was lead to believe this cant be done (not on a mk4 anyway)

Depends on what shocks you have. My coilovers have extruded lower bolt holes so my camber can be adjusted. STD dampers, i cant remember if they can be adjusted or not. If not, then camber ajustment bolts are readly available from places like LMF.

Ah nice one thanks for the link!!

Mine is lowered about 60mm will this cause excessive wear on tyres even though tracking has been done?

In a nut shell, yes. I could write you a long answer explaining as to why it puts the camber out (causing tyre wear) but. 1. I can't be arsed and 2. you prob fall asleep half way through reading it.
