    MOT Failure

    Hi Everyone,

I have a standard Astra G 1.4 and yesterday it failed it's MOT on:

Nearside rear Shock Absorber has an excessively worn rubber bush (2,7,4)

I was told to get it replaced and take it back within 10 days and they will re test it for nothing.

I have got a friend who is a mechanic and would fit the bush for me at mates rates but I would need to get the part.

This is where I'm stuck, If someone could tell me where to get one and what part number etc that would be great!

    Thanks in advance

Depending on mileage, just get a new pair of shocks.....

    Motor factor, vauxhall etc
