    French cars

I had to have a little chuckle to myself today. My mate has a saxo VTR (with pink wheels ) and he went to check his oil earlier on and the little plastic bit on the end of his dipstick dropped off and is now rattling round in his sump . Classic french build quality eh?

    That is all.
It would definitely go better with an engine in it

Probably the only good car France has ever made was the 2CV...And that was horrible story in itself!

Youre right. Everyone I know that has a 106 GTi or saxo VTR/S and pretty much everyone you see has the classic french idle that could be caused by 50 different reasons. The best ones are the 106 GTis that when you jack them up the arches and side skirts ping off . I had one of those for a bit and it was fairly annoying having to rebuild the car every time you had to lift it up

My mate has a 1.2 clio which floods itself, has a dixie horn (*facepalm*) and I found a bulb inside the headlight casing which has probably been there since new, theres no way of getting it out :P

sisters 106 gti was the same, leave it idle for about 2 mins and chug chug chug chug like it was on high lift cams, then it'd spring back to life!

Can't argue with them though, they're rapid little cars
