    Air bag module

    Hi i have boght an astra cdti and air bag light is on which i knew but undr drivers seat there is 2 big plugs not plugged into anything what is supposed to br there is that ehere the module would normally go, if not does anyone know what should

    The plugs under the seats should be for the seat belt pretensioners mate. The airbag module is in the centre console at the rear of the handbrake. If you pull the cup holder bit out on the centre console you should see the module.

    thanks for that, would these seat belt pre tensioners keep the air bag light on

    Your seatbelt pretensioners are mounted on the side of your seats.

    If there was a problem with the wiring it could bring on the warning light. The only way to get it off is to sort the problem, then turn it off with Tech2.
    The plugs under the seat also carry the wiring for heated seats.
