what do you think about the price/value, the look of the car etc?

Personally i love it, but i didn't really want to spend that much, is it overpriced? hehe i don't think it is really!

Looks like a nice example, good interior, alloys, irmscher kit, low milage for age etc. A bit over priced for a 1.8, you could get a turbo for that now of the same age.

All comes down to what you think its worth and if you can find a similar spec model for less.

Am offended that you only want opinions from coupe owners lol !

So I will have my say, lol - I think it looks good mate, but as Buckle said, maybe a tad expensive. But it does look like a fine, well looked after car though

hehe, cheers for the replies guys (i meant to mention that, sorry if i offended anyone, not just coupe owners, just i thought they might know value more! but then the title would have been too long!)

so you guys reckon the price could come down a bit eh?! thats good news, what i wanted to hear! I have been looking at turbos as well, are they easy/expensive to maintain etc?

Seems like a very nice example, but a bit overpriced. Good mileage for the age as well, if you like it I'd go for it.

Turbo's are no more expensive to service and maintain etc than the other coupes. However, fuel is the expensive part - as is getting more power out of the thing.

IMO if you are upgrading from a 1.6 I would only be looking 2.2 or Tubby.

As others have said, it is a bit high for a 1.8.
