    insurance renewal time

    Hi, my insurane is due for renewal.can any body recomend any good companyies that dont try to rip you off,with slightly cheaper renewal prices but realy expensive excesses.just had my quote for my astra coupe £599 for the renewal and 550 excess waht a joke.its a y reg astra coupe turbo been mapped and miltek exhaust sytem. im 28 and got full no clams etc. do you think this is expensive I DO.. just waiting on my call back from adrian flux hope they are cheaper than privillage

    Considering I'm 32, full NCD and driving a mildly modified MK4 SXi 1.6 16v, that is not too bad if you ask me. I'm paying around the £350 mark FC through AF.

    I think it is £250 but most companies allow you to choose - lower excess usually means higher premium though.
