    Close Motor Finance?

Has anyone ever took up Finance with the above company?

Ive got a 2 year policy with them paying 106 a month for 24months. (Total Payable 2566.32)

Basically - is the Insurance Cover optional? They bang on another 292 a year just for this?

It would have been optional at the time you took out your agreement.

I would never recommend taking their payment protection plan - it is ridiculously overpriced and is optional not compulsory.

If you have stated with the dealer prior to taking the finance out that you didnt want it then they would be in breach of FSA guidelines. They should have had you answer and sign a demands and needs questionaire at the time also. I would first off contact the finance company, and if you dont get any joy then contact the FSA.
