    alfa romeo 146ti TS

Why on earth are these so cheap?! I mean i can get hold of one, 62000, 2000 plate, all electrics work etc, clean, for £500, so i went on parkers to find out the actual value, and a private one in good condition woul donly be worth £800! and thats with higher mileage! i know alfas are not meant to be reliable, but why so cheap?! anyone owned one?

Track one down and take it for a spin, you may find the nature of the engine rather addictive, it has real character. The newer and slightly revised engine in the 147 TS is the nicest N/A 2.0 I have ever driven.

My best buddy up in Derby had a 147 2.0 TS for 3 years and he hammered it, and he never had any problems, he has now moved on to the 147 3.2 GTA, luck bugger!
