Have i completly messed it up?

I decided to take my clocks out today to replace 2 broken bulbs, that part went fine and they all work now.

But when i put it all back together the trip computer where it displays your milage illuminates but no numbers show up. Its just lit up with nothing being displayed?

    have i broken something?

    Thanks for your help.

I disconnected the battery today and its still not working. I have blue leds in the dash so the mileage bit illuminates blue but there are no numbers there. Just a blue background.
