Might be worth going back to see him - they can do things to help with teeth grinding. The grinding can cause muscular issues in your jaws and neck which then cause these tension headaches.

    Just a thought

    I get chronic tension headaches.

Headache everyday more less. Can last non stop for up to like 7 days solid.
They always leave me so drained and exhausted. Leaves me over tired so that when it is bed time I struggle to fall a sleep.

Have been seeing a chiropractor for a few weeks now. Seem to be feeling better.

I sleep a bit better now and I have a routine where I don't feel sick constantly.
Usually I was that tired it was effecting my eating habits and lifestyle habits.

All I done was go to work and come home and not move. As I would be so tired. struggled to eat etc etc. Use to feel sick and be sick a lot too.
