    wen i did my se2's
i went 80 grit emry cloth 240w&d then 400w&d then 800w&d it took 1.5 weeks from sanding to polishing with cans thay came out very good for cans, but wen i scratched 1 i had to put nitro mors in the little triangles and the nut holes
thats the down side to cheap cans of paint [halfords gloss black]

i started of the same paper mate then just gradually worked my way down the list, they have been primered 3 times in and out and rubed back down to get rid of as many marks as poss. they were painted with top coat 3 times aswell and im quite happy with the finish (im no pro but there prob the best set ive done up to date).
