Right, Pioneer headunits are susceptible to burning out the RCA earth tracks.
This usually happens if the amp they are attached to has a poor earth connection & the amp tries to earth back through the RCA's to the headunit.
First off, make sure your amps earth is made to bare, paint free metal.
Next remove your head unit. Take a length of wire & strip some insulation off each end.
Touch one end of the wire & touch it to the metal case of the headunit, touch the other end to the outside metal part of your RCA's.
If the noise disappears, the eath track inside the headunit has been burnt out.
You have two choices, send the headunit away & pay for a repair or twist the bare wire around the outside of the RCA & connect the other end of the wire to earth.

You must make sure your amp is properly earthed, or you may end up having a fire some day.

Cheers for that, yeah it seems like the case of the headunit is live, because if touches metal makes a weird noise when didn't

I will try and earth it from the rca a cable,
