    Water temperature

Temperature gauge does not move up at all. Thermostat recently changed and appears to be operating properly (by feel any way!). Where is the sender unit situated so that I can check it out?

Just to let you guys know. I ended up just buying a new thermostat on its own and replacing the old one I had. Keeping the original casing also as that was around 40 quid and new thermostat a tenner!
Put it in....switched on...temp went straight up!
Initially though after running the car on the road for 10 min the heaters were blowing flat cold....I then got back home..topped up the water res and tried again...it was then fine...Problem sorted. Just gotta worry about sorting my cambelt change next! Refusing to pay for someone to sort it though!

    Cheers
