    "fill" ?

if its actually filled up with oil badly then its usually an indication that ur turbo is on its way out..

u generally get some oil in it but thats not much to worry about imo

If theres alot of oil ide get it checked out as it shouldn't be filling up. A bit will pass back through but not masses of oil.

Depends what you mean by fill though?

If oil is coming from the dump valve i would say you are ready for a new turbo as sound like the compressor oil seals are gone..... Any blue smoke from the exhaust when you lift off the throttle??... As was said before you do get a degree of oil misting on the induction side of the turbo due to the engine breathing.
