i use Silkolene oils (my personal preferance) and have done for over 20 years, the new pro-sport 5w/40 is brilliant stuff and is shear stable under high engine temps and has very good cold flow characteristics which makes it perfect for turbo engines. it is on offer at present from http://www.opieoils.co.uk.
