    I need a fast reply please on finding the valve to replace the fuel filter.

    its on a 1.6 8v 1999. i looked at the how to's but its for a 2.2, found the filter but i cant find the valve in the engine bay to depressurise (dont know how to spell it) it. hope someone can help as quick as poss as my cars outside jacked up with items laying around lol. and i need to get it done by 12.

    It will be a tyre type valve at the rear of the engine.

    But saying that you dont need to de-pressurise it.

    I do a couple a week and never de pressurise the system

    As above - I wrote that how to and have never depressurised the fuel lines

    Just wrap a rag around it as you pull it off.

    Helps stop the fuel splashing in your eyes and on your clothes (Making you into a human torch if you smoke)
