Removing and replacing fog light surrounds on MK5

Is it a simple job to remove and replace the vinyl fog surrounds on the MK5. Reason asking is that mine are pretty damaged and are in desperate need of being replaced.

Is it possible to remove then without taking the bumper off?

Have seen them on eBay for about £10 per side posted.

Any ideas? Pictures below of what I am talking about...

i would imagine its just plastic clips at the most some 10 mm bolts or torx screws holding them in.

Yes just squeeze them from top to bottom they just pop out no bolts etc! The fog light is bolted to reverse of the bumper.

I had to take these out when I colour coded all the grill bits on the front bumper and honestly mate, you'll have a hard time getting those out without breaking clips if the bumper ain't off the car. Take the bumper off and you'll have a much better idea of what you're doing, that's what I'd recommend.

i'll second the above. Take the bumper off so yot can get leverage on the clips with a screwdriver or something. Expect at least one to break lol
