    Are White LED sidelights legal?

    As per title, just single LED white bulbs.

    Ive never been pulled for mine and there really bright! also passed mot with them in
    ARDEN BLUE GSI

    Have you got a pic of them are they solid white or got a blue tinge to them ?

    white or ''cool white'' has us sparkys call them (warm white been the standard sidelight colour) is legal - its when they start turning blue they become illegal

    If white is legal & blue tinge is illegal then what about this...

    I'm looking at HIDs & am undecided between the white of 4300k or the better look of 6000k. From what i've read, 6000k is the most popular as they apparently have a blue tinge.

    If this is the case, why are these people passing their MOTs with them? From reading searches, i've only found 1 guy who failed their MOT with them.
