    150,000 miles of driving :)

    Little shot from earlier this week:

    In 150,000 miles of motoring (owned car since new) it has had:

    * Issues with the factory fitted LPG that took the dealer loads of visits to fix
    * New aircon and coolant radiators (after ~5yrs)
    * Both rear wheel bearings and drums replaced (after ~5yrs, theme!)
    * One set of front discs and pads (80k for pads, 100k for discs)
    * One breakdown due to failed fuel pump
    * Replacement EGR valve after ~140k
    * New bonnet (Pheasant damage)
    * New drivers side wing (hit by colleague at work)
    * Drivers door (hit by neighbours friend)
    * Drivers rear quarter panel (big issues with corrosion around LPG filler, fixed under warranty after involving Trading Standards)

    So really, aside from the damage, it's not done too bad so far. Still no oil loss to speak of between 20k changes, just hope I'm not tempting fate!

    I've had mine just turn 83 ... i like the way you didn't stop to take the picture!
    LPG is generally easier on engines anyway.

    Stop to take pictures? I'd never condone driving and taking snaps

    2002 3dr SXi Z16XE with factory LPG conversion - I suspect the LPG helps keep the engine running clean as it produces much less carbon than petrol and I don't think it will dilute the oil either. Oil is very clean even after 10k since it was changed. Hoping it will see the side of 200,000!
