    DTE Systems Touring Car Edition...

    Replaced the Mrs VXR with this new Seat Leon FR...

    2009 Seat Leon 2.0TDI CR FR 170PS upto an expected 220bhp...

    220bhp is impressive though, whats the torque figure?

    How have you got around the DPF issue with the higher power ?? They are notorious on the new VAG diesels

    we have never had an issue with the DPF on ours, never even seen the light come up. I think the DPF is a problem for those that only do a small amount of town driving - got to be honest it was a major worry before we got the car but hasnt been an issue.

    Andrew whats the spec and price really interested for our Leon FR

    Weve tuned several new VAG 2.0 Common Rail engines, both 136/143 and the 170'S and touch wood we havent had any problems, this is mainly used to shuttle the kids to school, or between home and work and weve had no issues whatsoever.. As Mat says, the main issue with DPF's are the drivers and the conditions etc...

    Hi Mat,

    Is your's the new CR or the PD engine? The reason i ask is that we cant do anything with the PD 170PS...

    If its the common rail, then jobs a good'un..
