Right then, for the last 2 monthy the car has had a slight hesitation when going onto the power. Not very noticble and at first I though it must be my imagination but since I have had the exhaust changed it had become more pronounced.
So with that in mind and the fact I wanted to get the car RR since the exhaust was completed, it was off to Thorney Mtotorsport to get the car looked at and possibly getting the map adjusted to suit the new hardware(if needed).
So onto the RR. Intial RR produced improved figures of 294.8HP and 359.8lbFT (compared to the inital figure above 289.2HP and 340.3 lbFT) but the car was running a bit lean. So new spark plugs (Iridiums) were inserted (the old ones where on the way out) it was time for the map to be adjusted. So the fuel mix was made a tad richer and the power smoothed a bit more.
The new figures are 298.3HP and 380.2lbFT. A very nice improvement and the car does actually feel even smoother to drive with the power coming in a bit sooner and holding marginally more. Yes they could have mapped it to get bigger figures but it is not about figures it is about ahving something usable and safe and that is exactly what I now have.
So overall very happy. The exhaust has given (cat back) has given increased gains which is what you look for in an exhaust.

And the overlay of the 3 graphs i.e. Before mapping, initial Stage three and the Above graph mapped over the top. The Max figure showns 289.2HP as that is the main graph used for the overlay, the cars ouput now it the graph in Red ans it shows how each map differs.
