hi mate, like autosparks says all directly behind glove box same happened on my mates blowers were not working. when he went over a bump etc the blowers kicked in. i took it all apart turns out there was some dried leaves stopping the brushes making contact cleaned it all out working fine ever since. might just need the brushes replaced or cleaned out, hope that helps.
