    Smile A little advice required!

I just bought my first ever Astra...an Astra Coupe Bertone 2.2

It's in a Mirage colour...which is like a pearlescent grey...

I want to jazz it up a bit without making it into a chavved up essex girl car

    Any suggestions...

    thanks.........xXx.

Hi, you could just lower it, de badge the rear and change the grill. thats a start, would make it look nice and tidy. anything else would be to your taste realy

if it is a coup, then usually one of the first things would be to lower it, as I don't think they have been at all. Or is that just coup turbos? Hmm.

Anyhow, I dropped mine by 40mm, using jamex springs for about £70.

drop it, debadge it, get lexmaul rear lights to get rid of the orange, badgeless grill, light smoked windows. Job done.

Avoid: Stickers, eyebrows, fake carbon, OTT loud exhausts, delta bodykits & washer jet lights.

IMO those will make it look "a chavved up essex car".

I agree with what Shaan said, lower approx 30mm, debadge, nice rims etc.

Oh yeah forgot that. My 40mm drop is a bit too much for the standard shocks IMO, they are a bit crashy.

If I had the choice again, I would look for 30mm... nice height and won't really hinder your driving i.e. speed bumps and multi storey car parks.

some lexus lights should be added along with some pink interior detailing, pink side lights, some neons and a sound system thats as loud as a bon jovi concert, but sounds as clear as an untuned radio! lol

jokin aside, some light tints, lower, de-badge, exhaust system but not loud, and a nice set of alloys (not from the halfords range tho!)
