    advice on a gd trolley jack

    im desperatly in need of a gd trolley jack, have had a gd look around, max i wanna pay really is £100, i found this which seems to tick all boxes, plus it has bebefit of a protective pad on jack.
    anyone thing of anything better

    I would go for this one. cheaper than the one you put up but is well made plus ideal for lowered cars

    if you have a Costco near you they do nice Low Low ones for £80 that will lift 3 tons
    I picked up a nice low 2.25Ton from halfords

    I got a similar one from Costco for £60. Its a beast. It is the same model as in the link below...

    Another alternative is one of those light weight alloy ones, but I could never find one cheap enough. Just found this though...

    I had one of them and I sent it back as it had prob's Lifting the Zaffy up
    the ones i have from costco are made by Arcan

    Really? I have only Sean it used on ford escorts and focus. Maybe they aint as good as I thought then

    Costco one is bloody heavy. lol. It feels like a proper workshop weight and quality.

    It is also low loader.

    GB has one of the alloy ones above and it is usually fine for most things.

    no costco by us, i would have thought 1.25t would struggle to pick up the coupe
    was trying 2 find one with a pad if poss so less change of damage to undersidde
    i like that arcan one

    Check your axle weights. Neither is over 1000kg if I remember correctly.

    gona find someone with a costco card me thinks, even cheap courier works out cheaper than one on egay as 100 bout me limit, that arcan looks the business
