    Underdriven pulley kit

    seen this on ebay just wondering is it a load of s*** or is it worth doing cheers

    Appart from the fact that the original crack pulley is also a vibration dampener, which you would be removing. The kit only runs the alternator not the air con. Also being under driven is fine on a track but you may have charging problems during low speed town driving with lights, stereo, heater etc on. Its also a lot of money for 1 pulley and a belt, you can get an alloy pulley for £60 on ebay in fact you can get a set of three for some car for £60.

    I have this very pully on my car. In fact my car was the first Zlet astra to have this one fitted. He can sort you out the right belt for a astra no problem. So you keep aircon working fine. It has been on my car since last year with NO problems what so ever. Voltage is more than fine on idle etc.
