    Doing My Head In........Haaaaaaa!!!

I recently changed my headunit to steady away sony xplod mp3 but has no steering wheel compatible controls (Tried Auto leads), the radio signal is crap to say the least. I have read different thread etc regarding if date goes when radio on power is boosting antenna (is this true) then i read the other day on millygsi thread about connecting a blue wire from the steering control loom to summat because this helps power the antenna also. Or am i just waffling.

    Any help please thanks.

Yes if the date does off when the Radio is on the stereo and aerial booster is wired up correctly. Forget about the date being there when the CD is playing on a Sony headunit
