    what does this mean?

    when i change my front struts what does it mean in the stage 3 and 4 of the how 2 guide on here were it says agngle tighten by so many degrees?

    do i need to do that and get new bolts 2?
    or just reuse old ones and tighten up 2 the rite tourqe?

    just use the old ones if they arent shagged. iv never had to replace any on the 4 astras iv lowered

    It means after you have torqued your bolts up to the specified torque you should tighten them up by however many degrees in each stage ie turn the bolt a further 90deg or a qtr of a turn. You can buy angle guages for the job but aslong as you use a fixed point to start from you cant really go wrong by doing it by eye.

    do i do stage 3 and 4 to both bolts or is stage 3 for the top bolt n stage 4 for the bottom bolt?

    my dads a enganier but were just not sure witch order the bolts tighten in so we can get it rite
