Regal will tell you to de-restrict your airbox too and get a better panel filter. Very easy to do

he said mated up with their phase 3 map

whether thats right or not i cant comment - their figures are often a little on the high side

to clear a few things up. i have cdti airbox with courtenay filter, milltek cat back, FMIC, iridium plugs, and im currently running 230bhp.

speaking to regal about a precat decat, vxr turbo and phase 3 they said i should see 270bhp, they didnt say anything about the standard cat, so i was wondering to make 270bhp would the standard cat be ok or will i need a sports cat??

phase 3.5, vxr afm etc will come later when funds allow.

for those who need prices regal will supply and fit a precat decat, vxr turbo (inc fitting kit) and phase 3 for £1369 inc all parts, labour and vat

i think the original post was clear enough tbh

not sure if it would be suitable for that level of power tbh

would u not consider sourcing and fitting the precat and turbo yourself?

with the money saved you could get a sports cat and just pay regal for the remap?

    its what id recommend personally

    £120 precat
£500 vxr turbo (trade club at Vxl incl. VAT)
    £90 fitting kit
    £295 Regal Phase 3

    £1005 TOTAL

enough left over to source a sports cat - maybe even pay sum1 (not regal) to fit the tubby if ur not confident!

just a thought anyway - but im guessing youd rather just have regal do the lot

id have a go at fitting the precat myself, but the turbo is way over my head. found a fitted price for the precat £25 cheaper so thats a saving and a vxr turbo for £100 cheaper. not massive savings but it all helps.
