    kurbing grrrr

    well my alloys are fairly kurbed and today done it for me! took a nice chunck out of the rim! so im guna do a home refurb! been reading up on refurbing but i was just wondering what would be the best filler for this chunck iv taken out?

    i used body filler on mine but thay aint on the car yet and i used the halfords repaire kit on another set i did thats good but ther aint a lot of filler in it
    and what ever you do dont use that filler primer sh*t mate trust me
    most marks come out with 80grit henry cloth ask in a motor shop halfords dont sell it
    i aint looked online but it gets a lot of marks out
    dont use it with water tho just dry

    If its just a small gouge nd not on the rim where the tyre actualy sits then cataloy will be fine.

    I used body filler on mine, but that was on the face of the alloy and only to fill some curbing marks. if you have damaged the edge of the rim, you will probably need something stronger or it most likely just crumble the next time you get tyres fitted.
