    Exhaust sizes for a mk4

    Need to know the size of a flange from the centre section to back box so I can get one off ebay.

    Anyone got a back box they can measure the flange for me need to know the centre hole size and the outer bolts sizes etc or a templete would be perfect many thanks

    what litre is it, i know that 1.4 and 1.6's are 1 3/4" nt sure bout 1.8 and above

    NA petrol models - ie 1.4-2.2 (minus turbo) are all 2" bore

    turbo petrol are 2.25" bore

    all as standard

    not sure about PCD of hole sizes etc

    no they arent lol they are inch and 3/4

    Are you measuring on the bends of them? as it's smaller on the bends than on the straight bits

    dont know about mk5, but 2, 3 and 4 are 1.75" on the smaller engines (under 1.8 roughly)
