    hankooks

having gone to the garage today to have a set of Toyo Proxes fitted, the guy said he had sold them, even though i reserved them. so to try and make matters right he offered me a set of 4 Hankook tyres for £200 (195/60/15). i said 'no' and came away as i have never heard of Hankook. did i do the right thing or are they actually good tyres?

I've got them on mine and were impressed enough to buy them again. Handling is quite good but the wear is excellent IMO.

My Hankooks were better than most tyres I have had.

Buy them off top gear tyres, get them for about half the price a garage charges, my toyo t1r's cost me 70 quid each.

I've just fitted Toyo Proxes PX4's to my Astra (195/45R16) and these cost about £39.95 each from www.Camskill.co.uk. I havent taken them out for a good long drive yet, but first impressions are good
