you should be ok with standard rods n pistons on stage 3.f aslong as you have a good intercooler

If you can afford it put steel rods and forged pistons in.

No one is ever happy with the power

Give it a year when the GT28 etc turbo s are cheaper and easily available your engine will be ready
The truth is always the truth even if you haven't realised it yet...

You do know the valve springs an and guides are in the head? An youd just need the head off to be overhauled then just get a new gasket and bang it back on. Theres no need to alter anything in the bottom end right...?

There is alot to know about turbos. You cant just say a 28RS will do 350bhp. There are reasons to why certain turbos are picked.

    Like myself choosing a GT3076R

    Compressor housing
    .60 a/r

For fast spool, so il be running a big turbo but should be fast spool and hopefully be @ 1bar by 3000rpm

Im building a Z20LET atm mate, just pm me if you wanna know anything.

    A GT3076R is a big-ish turbo for a 2.0Lt engine...Whats the max boost your running???

I'm running a GT2871R and thats abou as big as I'd go..Any bigger and the lag kills the fun...

Hence getting .60ar for faster spool! Not decided whatevers needed to run 400 ponies lol. Around 1.4-1.6bar id imagine
