    GSi Fuel Gauge

    Guys,

filled up my car to half a tank at lunchtime, left work at 530pm, still half a tank left. All of a sudden the fuel guage drops to the bottom, flashing yellow light the works!
Trip computer said 127 miles left. Decided to try and drive for a bit, drove 2 miles and computer now says 81 miles left!
No smell of petrol, no sign of leak! Any ideas? Anybidy had a simular problem?

    Thanks
    Richie
